2013年4月,杭州市拱墅區(qū)人民政府與上海均瑤集團(tuán)合作辦學(xué)，創(chuàng)辦杭州上海世界外國語小學(xué)，設(shè)立雙語部和國際部，開啟了異地辦學(xué)之先河。學(xué)校位于拱墅區(qū)麗水路167號，占地總面積35畝。
