成份 Pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine, 10-valent, adsorbed non-typeable H. influenzae protein D conjugate
用量 0.5 mL/dose IM. Infants 6 weeks-6 months Primary vaccination schedule: 3 doses with an interval of at least 1 month between doses. A booster dose is recommended at least 6 months after last priming dose. Previously unvaccinated older infants & children 12-23 mth 2 doses with an interval of at least 2 months between doses, 7-11 months 2 doses with an interval of at least 1 month between doses. A 3rd dose is recommended in the 2nd yr of life with an interval of at least 2 months.
禁忌 Hypersensitivity.
注意事項(xiàng) Very premature infants (≤ 28 weeks of gestation). Acute severe febrile illness. Thrombocytopenia or any coagulation disorder. Children with increased risk for pneumococcal infections eg sickle cell disease, congenital & acquired splenic dysfunction, HIV-infected, malignancy, nephrotic syndrome, with impaired immune responsiveness. Pregnancy & lactation.
不良反應(yīng) Drowsiness; loss of appetite; pain, redness, swelling at the inj site, fever; irritability.
