Kathryn Richardson
惠靈頓杭州校區(qū)校長(zhǎng)
Kathryn Richardson現(xiàn)任惠靈頓杭州校區(qū)校長(zhǎng)，持?jǐn)?shù)學(xué)與科學(xué)教育學(xué)士學(xué)位、教育領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和管理碩士學(xué)位，是中高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力國(guó)家資質(zhì)的持證協(xié)作人。
Kathryn校長(zhǎng)從事教育行業(yè)已有20余年，曾在倫敦多所學(xué)校任教，并迅速晉升至領(lǐng)導(dǎo)崗位。2014年9月，她前往迪拜，擔(dān)任一所英式國(guó)際學(xué)校的副校長(zhǎng)，并于2016年成為該校新開設(shè)的姊妹學(xué)校的小學(xué)部校長(zhǎng)。
Kathryn熱衷于學(xué)校建設(shè)工作，致力于讓每個(gè)孩子都發(fā)揮真正的潛能。她重新設(shè)計(jì)了學(xué)校課程，進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮課程的創(chuàng)造力、更加符合每個(gè)人的獨(dú)特需求，拔高每一位學(xué)生的潛力。
王曉云
惠靈頓杭州校區(qū)中方校長(zhǎng)
2021年8月，王曉云加入惠靈頓杭州校區(qū)擔(dān)任惠立學(xué)校校長(zhǎng)，并于今年9月升任惠靈頓杭州校區(qū)中方校長(zhǎng)。她擁有近20年教育及管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，先后在上海多所頭部國(guó)際、雙語(yǔ)學(xué)校擔(dān)任教學(xué)及管理崗位。
王校長(zhǎng)畢業(yè)于華東師范大學(xué)及普利茅斯州立大學(xué)。她融匯中西方教育理念與智慧，始終致力于建設(shè)高效協(xié)作的教師團(tuán)隊(duì)，促進(jìn)雙語(yǔ)沉浸式融合課程發(fā)展，為學(xué)生提供卓越的國(guó)際化雙語(yǔ)教育。

Kathryn Richardson, Master of Wellington College Hangzhou, will present a general introduction to the Wellington family.
Ivey Wang, Principal of Wellington College Hangzhou, will introduce the educational ethos of Huili Nursery Hangzhou and Huili School Hangzhou.

Kathryn Richardson
Master of Wellington College Hangzhou
Ms Kathryn Richardson, Master of Wellington College Hangzhou, holds a bachelor's degree in education, specialising in maths and science. In addition to this, she has a master's degree in educational leadership and management and is also a qualified facilitator for the National Qualifications of Middle and Senior Leadership.
Kathryn is an accomplished education leader with over 20 years of experience. She taught in London schools where she quickly progressed into leadership positions. In 2014, Kathryn moved to Dubai as a Deputy Headteacher in a British curriculum international school and was promoted to the Head of Primary at their newly opened sister school in 2016.
Kathryn has a passion for school improvement and strongly believes in making sure every child reaches their true potential. Kathryn has redesigned school curriculums so that they are creative, personalised to each individual pupil, and provide challenge for all.
Ivey Wang
Principal of Wellington College Hangzhou
Ms Ivey Wang took the role of Principal at Huili School Hangzhou within Wellington College in August 2021. Demonstrating her exceptional leadership skills, she has now been promoted to the position of Principal of Wellington College Hangzhou, effective from this September. With an impressive background encompassing more than two decades of expertise in teaching and management, Ivey has previously served as both a dedicated educator and a leadership team member at renowned international and bilingual schools in Shanghai.
Ivey obtained her degrees from distinguished institutions, namely East China Normal University and Plymouth State University. Dedicated to the integration of Chinese and Western education concepts and knowledge, Ivey is resolute in establishing a collaborative and effective team. Her focus includes advancing bilingual immersion curriculum development and providing opportunities for the holistic growth and development of pupils.
